I have been a resident here since 2007. It's central to shopping, work and everything great in Plantation. The office staff are fantastic! Friendly, personable and available for whatever concerns you may have. The maintenance team are top notch; very knowledgeable and available same day for maintenance issues that may come up. The rent prices are the most reasonable in the area. Thank you team for a great living experience! What I wanted to add is a Special shout out to Debra the Leasing Manager. She's always available, even after hours to help the residents. She is a true gem and we are lucky to have her!

I recently had the pleasure of leasing this beautiful home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the property and the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and comfort. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking, and the bedrooms are incredibly cozy, offering the perfect space to unwind after a long day. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the immaculate landscaping to the high-quality appliances. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, offering a true sense of community while still being conveniently close to shops, parks, and restaurants.
The management team has been outstanding as well. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their tenants’ happiness. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly, making me feel supported every step of the way.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with my decision to lease this home. It’s more than just a place to live – it’s a true haven. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.

Jacaranda Club has been a breath of fresh air!! It’s in the perfect location, neighborhood is quiet  and lowkey. The amenities are straightforward and they are making active upgrades, I love it. Don’t get me started on management, they have the most kind hearts. They take care of the residents! Maintenance is on point! Never had to ask twice about anything. I love this place because they are for the people and you can tell by how the community structure is. If you clicked on this by accident or on purpose, look no further. Seriously. No gimmicks or games here. What you see is what you get. What you’re told is what it is. LOVE IT HERE.

Jacaranda Club is hands down the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! The management team is exceptional, and Debra, the manager, is truly amazing. She’s always professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Tessa is equally incredible—her positive energy and helpfulness never go unnoticed. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Whether it’s maintenance, communication, or just creating a welcoming atmosphere, they excel in every way. Living here has been an absolute pleasure, and I couldn’t recommend Jacaranda Club more highly!

Lived here for 6 years and absolutely love it! Great place to raise your kids and very safe. My children and i especially enjoy the beautiful pool area. The staff/maintenance is so wonderful. Always on time and extremely nice. Deborah who is the manager is the best thing to come here. She truly cares about the community and everyone in it! Highly recommend

Lived here for 3 years and it was absolutely awesome, great neighborhood and the management that took over is great and cares about the property shoutout to managers Debbra and Tessa, who are always so nice and willing to help. Units are being renovated as well as the amenities. Thank you!
