Jacaranda Club Apartments

Moved in September, bath tub was damaged, have sent 3 request and nothing fixed. Debra called and texted and I moved my schedule around for them to fumble again. This will be the 4th attempt at getting my tub fixed/replaced Update: Tub has finally been fixed. Today I’ve received a very unprofessional text from Debra in the front office insinuating that I am lying about the tub despite the fact that she apologized for not submitting the order a third time. She even inquired about said review “ if I meant it”. Highly unprofessional

I loved living here. The staff in the office were genuinely nice, they’re the best people I have met. I loved that there were things to do on site. I love the dog park, the gym and the pool, I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been living here for almost two years and I’ll keep it short and sweet. We’ve been very happy with our home here. Our place was beautifully remodeled prior to moving in. The staff goes over and beyond to keep us happy. The staff works hard and does everything to ensure we are satisfied. Huge shot out to Claudia, Debra, Tess, Jose and Jason (we miss him!) Great neighborhood, good vibes, centralized location. Lots of working professionals and diversity. Very pet friendly as well. This place is also very LGBT friendly. So if you’re part of the LGBT community you’ll be welcomed with open arms. Planation is a great place to live.  Well…so much for short! 😀

Lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. Office staff is nice and accommodating. ( Debra). It’s a nice area. Very quiet and close to everything. I really miss the dog park and loved the food trucks, weekly. Sad that I had to leave.

I rented at jacaranda between Mar 2021 and Feb 2023 and liked it there. The management and support staff were always very helpful. I decided to move out of SoFLa cuz of the rising prices but other than that I'd recommend this place
