Jasmine Lakes Condominiums

Area is decent. I have lived here for 5 years and the attention HOA gives to this property is a joke. I made several complaints over the years in re concerning matters for all of them to be completely ignored and dismissed for NO VALID REASON. The cost of the HOA has increased drastically and nothing gets done. They promised new elevators, new painting, etc none of it ever happened. I’m tired of holding my breath. No one else seems to care either because if they did, something would be done. The gym hasn’t been updated in years and close to all machines are old and rusted (why even pride yourself in having a gym, especially one like this), the jacuzzi has NEVER worked nor will it ever get repaired, the basketball hoop has been broken for a year and a half, maybe more and it’s just thrown on the ground, no attempt to repair or even remove the garbage off the court. This place has constant problem after problem. I am not sure what is going on with this place or if there is a serious lack of funds which is of grave concern as they keep raising the HOA and less and less is being done. Also, the management company that collects the HOA is useless. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here unless you have to.

Beware of this hoa . the worst association. They invented fee and trespassing private property.
