We moved in a couple of months ago. All of the staff are awesome. The valet, front desk, security, office, maint and everyone else are fantastic. They are always polite and helpful. Loving La Perla because the staff make it a great place to live.

The valet staff are rude. I was with my finance, daughter , son in law and my 1 year old granddaughter. We had just left the pier when it started to pour down with rain. We took cover in the front of the Perla as we waited for an Uber as we did not want my granddaughter to get soaked. We were only traveling about 4 condos north. As we waited for our Uber , I sat on the couch that is in the valet area provided for people who are waiting for their vehicles. One of the valet staff (I believe a manager told me I am not allowed to sit on the couch….
There was nobody waiting since it was pouring out.
Poor staffing to say the least!!! I would not ever recommend this place…
