The first building is abandoned, the elevator is always broken and people get locked out. The hygiene is quite bad, they don't attend to anyone in person, when you call they laugh at you (2 or 3 years ago I talked about the destruction of the apartment and I have still received a response) I think it's worse than it is in Hialeah, you have to look
