I appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns, and I’d like to address a few points in a professional and clear manner.First of all, it's impressive that you know 80% of the community. Since we have 341 units here, that would mean you are familiar with about 272 residents, which is quite a lot! Regarding your concerns about the amenities, I want to clarify that we have worked hard to improve our offerings. We recently sent out a batch of renewal notices for April, and of the 10 units, 8 have already renewed, which speaks to the satisfaction of the majority of our residents. In fact, in March, 4 residents renewed their leases, and all of them decided to stay.As for the maintenance of the property, I personally respond to emails every day, so I’m unsure if there may have been any confusion about responses being missed. It's possible your emails were directed to another inbox. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at aperozo@crownres.com if you have any specific concerns. Additionally, we have not received any emails regarding building painting or maintenance issues in recent weeks, and I addressed the last inquiry you made.Regarding the pool, there seems to be some confusion. Our pool is open until 8 p.m. on weekdays and 10 p.m. on weekends. We clean and maintain the pool three times a week, and many residents, including myself, enjoy this shared space. We are always working to keep it in great condition, and I encourage you to come join us and see how well-maintained and appreciated the pool is by our community.We care about the well-being of all our residents, and we continue to work hard to improve the community and the services we provide.
