Lakeview Club Condominiums

Love it. Property manager Felicia is the best!! I couldn’t get in contact with manager of my unit and she assisted me in handling the problem right away. It’s very quiet and the property is well kept. I haven’t had any issues and I love how you receive emails letting you know what’s going with with the property i.e pressure cleaning etc. I feel comfortable when I’m coming home from work at night because you constantly see security riding around patrolling. In my opinion it’s a great place to live. HOWEVER……. If you run into the company TOFI LLC who represent the owner of that unit to rent from DO NOT I repeat myself DO NOT rent from these people. SCAMMERS!!!!!! They are nice and everything is fine until you sign on the dotted line. These people tried to tell me I needed to pay $150 for someone to look at the garbage disposal because it wasn’t major. I refused and let them know I don’t know how long that thing was bad for and it’s the owners responsibility. When the guy came out he said it was old, burnt out and needed replacing anyhow.
I never called them out, only 3x’s the entire time I was there which was almost 4yrs. I had the tub painted by professionals because of the way it started looking because it’s old. They went up $200 every year, but wouldn’t upgrade anything and when I moved out, the place was incredible. Everytime they go up they add on to the security to equal out what they go up. I’ve never had that happen and I’ve never not received my full deposit. It  was so clean after the walk through they were showing the place to someone. I thought I was getting my full deposit back and they kept $675 talking about for the tub. I had the tub redone once while there and they want to keep my money!!??? They first sent me an invoice that looked like an estimate then they sent a letter later after I kept questioning about my deposit!! A brand new tub cost less than $675. They will keep going up on rent, but won’t update anything. This owner is money hungry and will try to keep a part of your money some type of way. Do not rent from Tofi LLC, run the other way!!!!!!

Beautiful

Very nice private condo community.  The grounds are very well kept and the buildings well maintained.  It’s a quiet dog friendly community.  Never an issue with parking.  Felicia the property  manager is a very nice and helpful woman.

Mine plane to live

There is a woman terrorizing her neighbors by leaving dead animals on their door step, screaming racist remarks at black people, pouring oil and soap on the walk ways to cause people to fall and slamming her door at all hours of the night and the president of the condominium, the “security” and the staff do nothing. The police are doing nothing. Keep your family safe and avoid this place at all cost.

Have lived here for 8 years, first as a renter then as an owner- and I love it! It’s a great community- it’s quite evident that the board works hard to maintain a relaxing, well kept environment for the residents with numerous amenities.  Maintenance fees are reasonable, the leasing office is efficient, responsive, and always available.

Great location.   Quiet community and looks very well kept.  Only moved away because of work.  If so ever come back to South Florida I will move back to this quiet oasis.  Loved everything about living here.  Highly recommend
