Nia in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing from the start! She made my move-in process seamless a couple of months ago and has continued to be incredibly helpful ever since. Laureat is the best place to live on Las Olas. I’ve been here for 3 years, and I’ve had an amazing experience since day 1. The amenities are great, everything is always kept clean, and the residents are respectful. What really stands out is the exceptional team at the Laureat. Any time I’ve had an issue with the unit, the service team has helped me the SAME day. Adam and Nia from the leasing office are THE BEST, and helped me with my move into the building and made everything seamless. They are always so kind and helpful with any concerns I have and I really appreciate them. Wilner and his service team are top class and great people. Location is perfect - steps to Las Olas Blvd, a few minutes from Downtown, multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. 2 miles from the beach - you can’t beat it. If you’re looking for your next home in Fort Lauderdale, look no further.

Awesome place to live Adam Nia and rest of staff especially maintenance team are incredible. Best of all the apartments in Fort Lauderdale. Always clean beautiful facilities never any noise issues great tenants everywhere. Very pet friendly and perfect location from everything including the beach, nightlife, restaurants, and highway.

I had an amazing experience at the Laureat for past 1.5 years. It is clean, safe, and the staff, especially Adam, are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. Best apartment building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Amenities are an A+ (pool, gym and lounge). Highly recommend!
