Yesterday, we happily celebrated 1 month at Legacy Amanda Palms and it has simply been Incredible. An excellent area to live, it is an excellent and cozy space to live. Everything is calm, very quiet, something that we love very much and we recommend it for its tranquility ✅

I love the attention of all their workers, very attentive, very clean, everything beautiful, their apartments are very cozy, in my opinion I love them

Good afternoon, I have been living at this address for three years at 6445w 24Ave Apt 1. I would like you to know about this very quiet, very clean place and above all, any problem in the Apt there is a super concerned person who places that order and is always active and resolving the situation. With a special character, very kind and educated, his name is Juan Carlos, he is a super human being. I say this because good things must be recognized. Blessings for such a good job.

The condominium is very cozy, it has very nice landscaping, good lighting and the administration is very nice and concerned.

Choosing to move into Amanda Palms in 2020 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The management team is always helpful, friendly and attentive. If there is ever a question,  they are quick to answer. The communication is on point, whether electronic or physical notices, so I always feel like I know what is going on. There is always an update happening such as painting of the parking lot and the buildings. The monthly service of air filters, pest control, landscaping etc is so wonderful. I am so grateful to live in such a peaceful place and am ready to re-sign my next lease soon!
