I would like to express my evaluation of ...
I would like to express my evaluation of the residential experience at this establishment, offering constructive feedback and highlighting areas that warrant attention. Firstly, I must commend the staff, who have consistently displayed a high level of professionalism, earning a commendable 5 star rating outside of this platform. However, the overall residential ambiance of this building has regrettably devolved from an oasis of aesthetic appeal into an environment characterized by an excessive abundance of rules and restrictions.
The enumerated grievances, enumerated as follows:
1. As of the present date, there exists a set of restrictive policies that have a profound impact on our daily lives. Regrettably, these restrictions encompass a strict curfew on the use of television and audio devices after 10 PM. Additionally, it has become impractical to engage in activities that generate noise, such as playing musical instruments. It appears that these rules are enacted in response to the presence of individuals who exhibit a propensity for vexatiousness, even going so far as to raise complaints for innocuous occurrences, including mild coughing, even on weekends.
2. The allure of the rooftop terrace, primarily driven by its breathtaking views, was a pivotal factor in selecting this residence. Nevertheless, this privilege has been curtailed unreasonably, with access to this cherished space being denied past 10 PM, including weekends. Furthermore, security personnel appear to enforce this restriction with a degree of rigidity that is disproportionate to the circumstances. Those seeking solitude on the rooftop for activities such as meditation or reading are summarily evicted, often with minimal consideration for their presence.
3. The persistent locking of the elevators throughout the day and night, coupled with a mobile application that struggles to maintain functionality, presents a considerable impediment to the residents. Ordering and receiving deliveries becomes a Herculean task, necessitating frequent descents to the ground floor.
4. Regrettably, the promise of guest parking, initially provided, has been withdrawn, depriving residents of a convenient amenity.
5. The prohibition on playing music in the gym is a restriction that has met with a significant degree of dissatisfaction among the residents who value their fitness routines and appreciate the motivational aspect of music during their workouts.
6. The persistent issue of obnoxious dog barking throughout the day is a source of considerable discomfort, and it is disheartening to note that no discernible measures have been taken to address this concern.
7. The prohibition on placing items on one's balcony represents an additional restriction that detracts from the personalization of living spaces.
8. Monthly apartment inspections, while well-intentioned, have raised concerns among the residents regarding privacy and the frequency of these intrusive examinations.
In summary, the cumulative effect of these restrictive measures has created an environment that bears little resemblance to the welcoming and comfortable residence initially promised. It is disheartening to note that the allure of a lovely home has been eroded by the imposition of a multitude of limitations, leaving residents feeling as though they are confined to a collegiate dormitory or, indeed, a place of incarceration with the limited ability to exercise their freedom.
In conclusion, it is with deep regret that I must convey my decision not to renew my lease, a sentiment that has found resonance among numerous fellow residents who have also been disheartened by the changes in the living experience. It is my sincere hope that these concerns can be addressed in a manner that fosters a more harmonious and enjoyable residential environment.

Been in the newly constructed Legacy 19t ...
Been in the newly constructed Legacy 19th bldg for a week now and despite a rough start, the place and location is amazing.  There were some hiccups with my apartment, like a leak from another unit that spilled into mine and some issues with electric vehicle parking, but the maintenance staff and management responded immediately and professionally. Can't say enough about those guys. At first glance the 1br/1bath unit seems tight, but management did a wonderful job with the designing the closet and with a little imagination I actually have space left over. The gym is adequate for a condo bldg and street parking surround the building is enough for all tenants and their guests. I wish they would've done more with the roof deck, bc it's exposed to the elements which means that between the summer months of May thru Oct in South Florida, that deck will be pretty much useless. That of course isn't management's fault. Builders should've made better use of that space in my opinion. Again, overall Legacy has done a phenomenal job with 19th. Kudos to everyone involved.
