Place is chic and Property manager is great with resolving issues I’ve been here for close to two years and, most, if not all have been resolved. Alex the property manager makes sure that all concerns are addressed, making it a safe, healthy, and clean environment to live in! Thanks a bunch!

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOME. Where do I begin ! I’ve had my scooter towed off the parking lot numerous times because the property can’t keep their system updated with my registration…and each time I have to pay unexpected tow and storage fees ! Of which the property will not reimburse even tho it is THEIR fault ! Next… The water pressure here is disgusting ! High low High Low…feels like taking a shower in an airport bathroom sink with automatic sensors smh Even washing dishes is always a long process with the lack of water pressure here. The every month extermination spray is getting annoying already. I get the concept and it’s great…however, EVERY month I have to wake up early just to let them in…Sometimes I have company…Sometimes I had a long night and just need to sleep in…BUT Nonetheless If it’s that schedule day, I gotta wake up…NOT for work. NOT for school. NOT for kids…But For an Exterminator Smh I should not have to plan my life every month around their schedule
