Legacy at Palm Aire

I recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live, and at a good price. I have lived in this place for 4 years and I have no complaints. All the staff who work here are very helpful, especially Blanca who, even before I moved, was very kind and diligent.

A rubbish Complex takes a lot of trouble to regulate and do and more than the st Blanca from the office very bad ballads

I enjoyed living here a lot. Safe community with gate that was always working. My building was quiet, walls are thick. Sherril at the office is the easiest person to work with and extremely helpful and kind. When I moved out, I got my full security deposit back in a quickly manner. Maintenance and pest control are always on top of things. Pool is clean and very quiet and relaxing. Everyone keeps to themselves. Good location close to a lot of food and shopping options. They strictly enforce parking which is good too. Dog park is kept clean and gym is clean and quiet as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone to live here. Thank you Sherril for always being so helpful when I needed anything!

Wonderful place to live, I live here over 4 years and the maintenance team those 3 guys are amazing my machine wasn't working and I report and he fix it, they are manner able and the 3 ladies in the office always welcoming and willing to help ...they have Christmas wrapping I attend they also have breakfast morning and jerk day for residents I always attend and happy for it... .thanks to you all keep up the great job

Such an amazing place to live. Maintenance always responds quickly. My apartment was so cute and comfy. I had a 2 bedroom and it was a perfect fit for 2 people or even just one was plenty of space. Lots of storage in the apartment which was very convenient. The only down side is the parking for guests. It gets tedious to register them and Ive had many towings happen. But besides that. the overall community is great ! I enjoyed my stay

I have to say this is the best places I have lived in the Pompano and Fort Lauderdale area.   The team there is so helpful.  They worked with us to adjust a move in date by 1 day which was very helpful.  when any issue came up like AC or appliance needing repairs it was addressed within 24 hrs.  they office and maintenance team are just the best.  When we finally had to leave Tina and Sherril in the office made it so easy and were an immense help.  They even called me 2 months later when a fedx showed up for me by accident.  They are the best!  The community is clean, safe and well maintained as well.   Every day someone is cleaning and doing something to make the place look nice.

I Wouldn’t suggest living here if leasing employees /personnel’s are treating people in such manner. I tried calling the leasing office at 2:10pm to buzz in to view a unit or model if possible before applying. And Miss. B or Bianca when she answered the gate call.  She stated to me “the whole office is on lunch and everything’s online” as I asked further questions she specifically said “there’s nothing to view” before hanging up.
Whole point of visiting the property was because in seen all information available and wanted to view before signing my money and time away !
Hopefully management hires more friendly staff !

I liked that there is a working gate, but not that there isn't an attendant there to check who is coming in and out of the apartment complex. The amenities were nice such as the tennis courts, pool, and gym. Shirley and Blanca were very sweet, but I will admit I felt a bit rushed on the call with Blanca when I asked lots of questions. I feel that the apartment was nice, but a bit overpriced for the way it looked for a one bed one bath. Other than that, I still felt very welcome upon arriving and during the tour.
Although this isn't the place I chose to call home, I still feel like my experience touring was exceptional. Thank you Shirley and Blanca!

This place is excellent to live… spacious outside areas, plenty parking spots, the staff is very kind and professional! My process was 100% online and very smooth!! I’m very happy to live at Legacy at Palm Aire!!

THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL. 2 YEARS IN A ROW THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT $150 plus. That is insane- I WILL BE ORGANIZING A RALLY WITH ALL THE TENANTS BECAUSE I KNOW EVERYONE ELSE IS FLABBERGASTED AS WELL. LASTLY; I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS ABOUT THIS MATTER. What are they trying to do? Force us out of our places?!?!?
