Legacy at Palm Aire

I liked that there is a working gate, but not that there isn't an attendant there to check who is coming in and out of the apartment complex. The amenities were nice such as the tennis courts, pool, and gym. Shirley and Blanca were very sweet, but I will admit I felt a bit rushed on the call with Blanca when I asked lots of questions. I feel that the apartment was nice, but a bit overpriced for the way it looked for a one bed one bath. Other than that, I still felt very welcome upon arriving and during the tour.
Although this isn't the place I chose to call home, I still feel like my experience touring was exceptional. Thank you Shirley and Blanca!

This place is excellent to live… spacious outside areas, plenty parking spots, the staff is very kind and professional! My process was 100% online and very smooth!! I’m very happy to live at Legacy at Palm Aire!!

THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL. 2 YEARS IN A ROW THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT $150 plus. That is insane- I WILL BE ORGANIZING A RALLY WITH ALL THE TENANTS BECAUSE I KNOW EVERYONE ELSE IS FLABBERGASTED AS WELL. LASTLY; I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS ABOUT THIS MATTER. What are they trying to do? Force us out of our places?!?!?

Management need to do better for real like the comment under me. It’s a group of people that’s trained to rush people off the phone. I literally called the leasing office on Friday spoke to Sheryl and informed her my dryer had not been working for 3 weeks now I put a ticket in 2 weeks ago no one ever bother to come check the problem out. I have clothes that’s been drying for 5 days now which I informed her but she act like she cared but she really didn’t. Clearly the ticket was open no one ever came and work on it. She stated she will have maintenance come and take a look today is Sunday no one ever bothered to call me not even show up. Like I told Tina before you guys really don’t care you guys are just here to take money from us and that’s it. Management do better. They call it luxury living but in reality I get really poor service from management.

The absolute worst apt complex to live at, do not move here under any circumstance. Everyone is the office s rude, Tina and Blanca especially, They are very nasty and have no manners, no one comes and fix anything when you ask them to, and if they do come it is not done properly. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and those ladies that I mentioned should be fired. I personally know family that have moved out because of how nasty they and when you complain about there behavior nothing gets done. The only thing I can say is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD.

Can't speak to living there but I will say the application process was wonderful. Sherril is as joyful and helpful as they come. We wound up not taking the apartment due to buying a home, but if it's anything like Sherril's personality, you'd be lucky to call this place home.
