Legacy Las Palmas

Having lived at this apartment since it was built in early 2018, I can say it's been an excellent experience.  The apartments have clean design, amenities here are great and the staff here are great and responsive.

I have lived in this property since it opened its doors and I have been able to find a reliable, professional, responsible, diligent, competent, proactive, collaborative team, always customer-oriented, efficient and very communicative.

My experience with Legacy Las Palmas has been flawless. Maria does their job in such a professional manner. They are very helpful, patient and attentive to all of my needs. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious, and was delivered in spotless condition as promised. I cannot be happier, and I know I made the right choice by selecting Legacy Las Palmas as my new home. *Update* I’ve been living in this beautiful neighborhood for 2 years and have enjoyed the amenities and beautiful green areas with my family. We will continue making memories here at Legacy Las Palmas, our home sweet home.

I wasn’t supposed to live here Past a year maybe two and I just signed my lease contract for my 3rd year. I love the amenities here like the car charging station, the impressive gym and more but the reason I plan to Live here in a because of the staff. I can’t say enough about this team! They treat you like family. The times I needed a repair they come the same day and fix any issues I might have. The place is immaculate, always clean and beautiful. However I want to say that property manager here Maria Garcia is amazing. Very dedicated to the community here. Always doing cool activities and holding fun events for us. The last one breakfast on the go was very cool! They set up right outside and we were able to grab breakfast on the way out. The whole team was there with big smiles !! Made me feel so good to live here. Maria is always available when  I have had a question and has been very helpful each time.  I am very happy living here and don’t plan to move for years if ever. I love it here !

Legacy Las Palmas does not have 24/7 security as we are led to believe, it is not safe at all. They already have a history of stolen cars, cars that have been broken into by thieves. There are no cameras outside in the parking lots, people walk in, they throw the needle stick at the entrance all the time, and anyone enters the community. There is no security on Saturday and Sunday nights and the rest of the morning because it turns out that the security leaves at 10pm, after that time is when these thieves break in to steal and no one sees anything. On the other hand, you have to pay for an Oncall parking service to come in and check which cars are authorized to be parked (that's not security). Start doing something for the tenants who live in the community and extend the hours to have early morning security.

Super good attention from the tenants, they even gave us coffee, thank you, Mrs. Pimienta.
