I can’t say enough good things about this community! The management team is outstanding—responsive, friendly, and always on top of things. They genuinely care about residents and work hard to create a welcoming, well-maintained environment. Whether it’s handling maintenance quickly , they always go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place with such great management, and I truly feel valued here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I have been living at this complex for 7 ...
I have been living at this complex for 7 years now, I am not one to write reviews constantly but I wanted to take the time to thank you for having such a well-kept complex, thanks to Luis and his maintenance team who always keep everything clean and in order, they always respond quickly every time a maintenance order is placed, this is a nice and good condominium to live with the family.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the manager of Las Palmas, she was very cordial with our family, she showed us all the types of apartments with their structures, she was very explicit, even though she did not have availability, she showed us how we could keep an eye on any vacancies.
