This is a nice place to live, everything is well maintained. If there is any problem, the team will take care of it immediately.

My mother and brother live in this complex. You can tell management and employees are on their A game in this complex. It is very clean and organized! Everyone respects each other and I love watching all the kids play in the playground. The gym has every machine you need. All around a 10/10 ! The Storage units they offer are a plus !

We lived here for 2 years now, and can truly say it has been an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful and the facilities are great as well. Whenever I need assistance or have a question in general, Santee always goes above and beyond! If I have any issues I know I can go to Santee and he takes care of the problem right away.

I have been living here for over a year now and the staff is actually very nice. My only issue is the flooding but that is Florida i guess. other than that the maintenance staff is quick and everyone just seems like they care. if it was not for my job relocating me to a different state id still live here.

I have been living here 3 years, always pay my rent on time never a problem. On top of the rent we pay to park where we live without getting towed. The same car I moved in here with I still have, a month  ago I got a new tag and registered it like I was supposed to. But because the staff didn’t do their job for 30 days my car ended up getting towed at my expense. The same night I locked my car up I resent the same exact application within 24 hours it was approved. Instead of holding Santee the employee accountable and making it right with me the rude manager basically told me that’s my problem. I have 3 kids and this is right after thanksgiving and before Christmas. The management staff her is racists in my opinion if you are black. Do not move here if you are African American, they don’t want our money just to mistreat us.

Don't move here! It floods here! No drainage! Office staff is rude especially the manager! Your car will get broken into! There are more criminals inside the complex than out! You rarely see security! The rules here apply for some not all! I have to fight off the red ants. They have took over my bed. They raise your rent according to how they feel about you. When they want you to move the rent price jumps up tremendously. They need new staff here.

The staff is very attentive, always available to help ensuring that residents have a good housing experience in this complex, 100% recommended.

From the maintenance to management are exceptional, Respectful Profesional, friendly manners personal  always  willing to  help, and make of this community one of the best ,well maintained I strongly recommend this community.

Very very nice community me and my fiancé were helped and hosted but the best leasing consultant Santee Shannon he took the time to show us our floor plan and go out of his way to help us make our decision to move in as soon as possible, he was very welcoming and super positive and friendly. Any issues, questions or concerns I know Santee will be there to help. I would definitely recommend Santee to anyone looking or considering for residency here, this community is close by everything and family oriented 10/10 rating.
