Leisure Beach Condominium

I rented unit #605 for two years. The landlord named Gregory is a robber. He did not give me my deposit back for no reason. He was rude and irrational. The management and HOA are bad as well. Don't rent or buy anything from this place especially #605

I was trying to rent a condo here and the landlord approved the lease after me making a  deposition of $1500 and requiring HOA approval. HOA made me come to Fort Lauderdale from Boston for an in person interview for approval during a pandemic even after providing a doctor letter that recommended not to travel because of my health issues. I was willing to attend any kind zoom/online interview but they refused and landlord told me that I had to forfeit my deposition if I don’t appear in person interview. When I came to the in person interview, the HOA  just walked through some common sense rules like not hanging clothes on balcony etc. I’m not sure why they couldn’t do that through a zoom meeting while I landed a job and been doing all my work meetings through zoom over a year.
