Lexi

As a realtor, I love buildings that have a responsive management team. The Lexi absolutely does!  One of the newer buildings in North Bay, the infinity pool is tremendous for guests, the gym has a great view for working out, and the building is pleasant, clean and positive vibes.  I'd recommend Lexi for renting or owning!

This Google review has been revised  to comply with Florida laws regarding slander and libel: "This has been, without a doubt, the worst residential experience I've ever encountered. The condo board’s mismanagement has directly led to repeated, costly assessments on the owners—this is not a one-time issue, but a recurring problem that has burdened residents. The building has been under constant repair for over five years, with no clear or consistent communication on a timeline provided by the board. It’s unacceptable that, after all this time and money, we still don’t have a finished building.
What’s even more troubling is that board members, Derek Cohen and Paul Clapps, are now rushing to sell their units, following the former president Rochelle, who already sold hers for $25,000 below market value(at the time of sale). To me, this raises serious concerns about the financial health and future of the building. Why are these individuals on the condo board selling and leaving? What do they know that the rest of us don’t? The board has consistently failed to provide transparency or address these issues head-on.
Additionally, my personal experiences directly align with the negative reviews about the management of this property. Their inefficiency and lack of accountability have driven this place into the ground at great expense to residents. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere."

NICE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN!

This building is the worst managed building I have ever lived in.  The management is rude and completely helpless. The people who live in this building are miserable and rude. Do your self a favor and go else where because they only attend to those they choose. Management doesn't do anything but sit in that office all day and  completely useless. Worst housing in Miami. Front desk staff is amazing but horribly managed. I am livid with the experience here and I would highly recommend to stay away. They fine you for everything but once you have an issue or concern they will never respond. Packages go missing and no one cares to help you. My neighbor was a lunatic from day 1. This building needs new management. DISGUSTED with the behavior isn't even the word.
