Nice place

I have been living in this place for almost a year and it has been a complete nightmare in every sense and especially with the parking that is assigned parking there and by the way the people who do not have a sticker have to park a block away and today my car woke up with a warning where parking is supposed to be allowed now it turns out that it is not and there is no explanation of why and even less a solution to the problem and that is where I wonder what world the administrators of this place live in here no one lives alone we all live with someone else and it is obvious That there is more than one vehicle per apartment where we can park the rest, apart from the expensive rent, do I have to pay for a parking space? Or what is the logic in this place? I hope someone can give me their opinion and the administration can give me a solution to the problem.

I have been living in this complex for a month and I do not recommend living here, they take the residents' cars for no reason, I already had to pay for a tow truck having my car registered and with the condominium sticker. I feel like it's a business between the supposed inspector and the tow truck!!! I ALREADY WANT TO MOVE FROM HERE

How is it possible that they only give you 1 parking space and the worst thing is that you park wherever you can, one time they towed my car since I parked it outside according to where it is allowed since there was no inside and the manager Tania told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE because I was registered, they hit me in the same parking lot 3 times and no one said anything, in the gym they play loud music, the cars enter at full speed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING ACAT

DO NOT MOVE IN! IT’S A SCAM! I lived in this apartments for one year and it wasn’t a good experience at all! From Realtor’s to Staff that don’t do anything:
1. False Fire Drills At 3 Am and during the day for no reason. Disturbing the peace inside the apartment (The Fire Department must be tired about it)
2. Elevators not working. The one on the north side keeps breaking all the time and they haven’t done anything about it! (Must people get stuck in it)
3. Lack of Parking Places, something that the realtors don’t mention and that’s something you have to deal with once you sign in!
4. Weird Fees and Lack of Privacy! They enter to your apartment once a month to change AC filter and they can enter WITHOUT YOU BEING IN THERE. Also they promised you at the beginning that you don’t have to pay Deposit, only an “Insurance Fee” of $54.85 Per Month which in reality is the interest Fee of a “Loan” for the deposit. If you want to move out you have to pay that whole deposit (Which is 2 Months of Rent)
The staff doesn’t do anything to improve and just “apologize”. Seriously think, Is it worth the $2194 per month for a Tiny 1 Bed/1 Bath with all these is issues? Don’t trust the Realtors nor the Staff that works on this place.

First time doing a review, but I honestly had to do it! DON'T MOVE HERE! (It's a shame how they put deceived people into this residence) “If you are a realtor, don't damage your reputation by putting people in this place” It is a terrible place, there is no parking, the apartments have no signal, the alarms ring every day, the elevators do not work, the entrance doors to the building do not have security, the residence is not well maintained, the air is damaged, when you enter they deceive you by saying that you are going to pay for insurance and in the end they put you in a loan debt, a totally scam! You have to realize that there is not 1 good review, all the neighbors think the same about this place, many people scammed with the “insurance” “loan” living here is sad. REALTOR ODISLOY DECEIVED MANY PEOPLE WITH INSURANCE.  I hope you can see this review before moving and don't go through what people in this place are going through 👍🏽

So far it's been going well for me.  There is a problem with garbage since they put a garbage can at the door, people throwing away their garbage from home because they don't walk to the right place.   People do not do their part to live cleanly.   But from then on so far so good.

In this condo it is torture to live, the alarms ring the same day and night A person is gone from work and when you least expect it, the alarm goes off and then you can't sleep. The parking lots are a disaster to find one after ten at night you have to walk more than one street to park.
And without counting the animal poop that you see and smell, no matter how much you complain at the office, they don't give solutions.
And if one wants to leave, they tell you that you are breaching the contract.
I don't recommend anyone to tell the truth, this is why thanks for reading 👍🏻

If you must see a review it has to be this one, when you enter they tell you that it is not necessary to pay a deposit but then you have to pay an extra every month, packages are stolen from the apartments and no one is responsible for anything, the parking lot is always flooded and you do not have any assigned space so you must always park very far from where you live or not even in the building's parking lot
