The first floor ceiling is falling, and the administration does not take seriously the requirements of what is happening when a maintenance request is made. It would be important to review with the council that the administration complies with the security measures it must have regarding residents.

If I could, I would give them a 0. This is a prison, closed everywhere, they deceived me, they told me that they had a swimming pool and a play area, that they would assign the parking spaces later when they had more tenants. That's what the realtor told me that Odisloy helped me. It turns out that they are never going to assign a parking space, because there are more apartments than parking 😂. I have surgery on my legs, and the realtor knew it, and yet, they want to charge me a penalty for leaving. He knew he couldn't walk far. This is the worst place I know in this country.

I complained to the Dade County Commissioners and to the Alacadesa office and on the radio and
