I love living here, my problem is that I have 2 little ones and I don't have a laundry room inside the house. But, if you want a quiet, clean place, maintenance is done quickly when requested. Wonderful ❤️

Never go visit this place, the people in the administration are abusers and thieves. They have a person who watches at night when someone visits and barely parks the car if it is not registered in a Guess. They automatically call you a tow truck and They take 170 dollars from you if I hook up your car, this didn't happen two years ago, I really feel very disappointed because I lived in this place and it was good but now they just want to rob people, they are ABUSEERS, THIEVES

I lived here for 4 years and everything was great, shared spaces were always kept clean and organized, apartment very spacious and well distributed. Office staff is very friendly and helpful, Will and Tony always attentive to me and my family, assisting when needed. A special thanks to Nora and Fatima that always helped and assisted us with everything with care and amicably. Amazing place to live.

A place where there is a cruel and uncontrolled cockroach infestation. When you move you lose all your furniture because the cockroach takes over. And they don't return the security deposit.  They charged me 10 dollars for a washing card and I bought one with lizz.  2 years ago because the machine damaged my card and my Credits that were on the card were not returned.  The reason for my departure was that I needed 3 bedrooms. But the real reason for my departure was the cockroach infestation. They paid me 200 dollars to change the carpet, which I washed a week before leaving.  claiming because they had pets. but the cockroaches are there... in the end, this is the real thing about this place.  In the end filthy pools.  The review rating isn't even worth a star. I'm tired of complaining about the cockroaches and nothing could be solved. Cockroaches were on the roof of the apartment. I have photos and videos. I just don't post the photos because no one deserves them. Fátima is super polite and attentive.  .maintenance also good polite people .washing machine and dryer always faulty .take a good look before renting .  Because it's really difficult

I have been a resident here for 7 yrs. & recommend this place. The apts. are spacious, the grounds are very well kept & clean, the community is q quiet and safe. No crime. The  maintenance responds promptly to routine work requests and always courteous & friendly. The only bad thing is that the laundry room they have is always busy & not enough washing machines & dryers. Many of the machines are also out of order. Big inconvenience.

I'm on the waiting list, Dona Nora and Fátima sent me an email but I didn't receive it. I'm waiting for a one-bedroom apartment.

I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon. The neighborhood is very nice and clean. Nora and Fatima in the leasing office are really great and super helpful whenever we need it. The complex has only gotten nicer and more beautiful over the years! No roach or bug problems and they bug spray the apartments once a month for free. Never takes more than 1-2 days to get a service request fixed and the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly! Pricing is reasonable! Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I have lived in this neighborhood with my wife for 9 years, in that time i have had some of the most memorable moments of my life. This neighborhood is extremely safe, clean, the maintenance team is INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful, and all around kind. The management staff (Nora and Fatima) are beyond helpful and kind, and work SO HARD to enforce the rules of the neighborhood and keep our homes safe and happy, i am beyond grateful for all their work even under seemingly insurmountable odds! (Rule-breakers and parking issues) but even still, they persist in trying to do right by their tenants and i am eternally grateful for all their hard work. Nora has been exceptionally helpful in dealing with certain issues relative to cigarette smokers around my apartment and i cant thank her enough for all her efforts!
