Go rent elsewhere. It's not worth the headache or the stress. 1.) Parking is a problem. 2.) Termites, roaches, and ants are overwhelmingly taking over the apartment complex. 3.) How they rent out the units is illegal. 4.)The building is falling apart inside out and outside in, so to get them to fix anything in your apartment is going to be hell. 5.)The property manager likes to play head games and then turn around and blame it on the owners and say they are cheap bastards🤷. 6.) The ac doesn't work well, and it's always leaking water inside the apartment. 7.)Plumbing problems. The toilet is always backed up. 8.)The ceiling and walls are caving. And full of mold, you can smell it.  9.)The gas hot water heaters are on the outside, so when it rains, your apartment will not have any hot water. There are a lot of empty units over there for a reason. 10.) The amenities well, the pool is always close, the laundry machine stay broke, and they never refund anyone back their money. And the list goes on.  When you finally move out, you will NOT be getting your deposits back. They're going to keep that money.  You're going to have to fight with them to get that back too. 🤦🏼🤷🏼.

Beautiful place to visit take your family

i have lived at these apartments since 2015. the manager is one of the best people i have ever met. the apartments are quiet and they take care of the property very well. on site laundry and the pool is always perfect temp. i love it here. if i move it will be to leave the state.

Quiet residential rental great staff family oriented some pets gated entry on one end and on site self service laundry    for when the urge strikes 🙂 I'm going to enjoy living here ⛱️🌴🌅

The worst experience in these apartments. Cockroaches, poor conditioning to hand over an apartment to a new tenant, cheap fixes to maintenance problems. Which must be repeated several times, until they spend what they owe. You have to send several messages by email in a terrible application, and the rent is not cheap to be a mousetrap. Drug sellers in the parking lot... and cats everywhere doing their business at the door of the apartments. On top of that, they charge for using their own application and another fee for sending the rental amount wherever they want. EVERYTHING sucks

Air-conditioning blowing warm air. Over two weeks now. Why. we pay our rent.!!!!!!
