Lincoln Gardens Apartments

This is not the place you would want to rent from please do not waste your time management can careless how you feel. My experience here when me and my kids were residence was great then it went sour. Was late on my rent one time due to me getting ready to give birth in December reached out to resources willing to help pay my November late rent only for me and the resources willing to assist get turned down because Lizander stated that management does not provide residence with the w9 form so if you are like me unable to pay your rent due to financial hardship being that I’m on maternity leave and do not get paid then be prepared to be evicted for being one month late.Being charged $100 late fee every month you are late but it’s not stated on the lease is ridiculous management needs to do better than they are. I’m not giving this place any stars at all I’ve been through enough here glad I’m gone.

Management have no control. It's too much drama for these to be fairly new. Children run around all time of the night and early morning 2 am to be exact fighting, cursing out adults ringing people door bells. These children have no respect and their parents and worst. This property can't keep security because of these disrespectful kids and their parents..... It's nasty in the hallways and stairs. This property only have one garbage so when it's full trash is everywhere....... Management needs to put their foot down before someone get seriously hurt.....

Was surprised to see sheets and blankets hanging over several railings for this to be a brand new building. This set off red flags for me as it gave off a bad perception of both residents and staff. Hopefully management implements ground rules to prevent this place from looking rundown.
