Property manager Cathie or Kathy was terrible over the phone, so upsetting because no reason! I called this morning on 11/7/23 to asked her something in regards of the building and she yelled at me 4 times for no reason, I even asked her to calm down and why she was so frustrated with me over the phone and she just kept yelling and insulted me!!! Wow I’m just impressed how a 4.7 building can have such a bad management!

Perfect location. Close to the park and ocean. Everything was nice and clean. I definitely will stay there on my next trip in the winter time. Thank you 🙏
