Luma at Miramar Apartment Homes

Extremely ghetto and the leasing office does not care. Poor customer service and rent keeps getting jacked up. I’ve never lived in a place where I would constantly step on dog feces the moment I would step outside my apartment, I could literally create a poop catalogue from all the feces. Poop smeared in the gym and criminals moving into the complex despite the so called background check new tenants must do prior to moving in. Last year the gate to the parking lot was busted open by a reckless tenant and remained wide open despite the increase in car break in, in the area (Horizon Apartments) next door. They even painted the hallways to a darker color to hide the filth because of the amount of complaints they would receive. I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a lace with more class and professionalism where you don’t have to worry about your safety and above all the hygiene bc these people had rodent and roach complaints. No thanks
