Madrid Terrace Condo

This place is horrible, property manager must be on drugs, very erratic and inconsistent, roaches everywhere, dark hallways, perfect place if you want your family to be victims.

This place is horrible, the pool is always dirty, and when it has water, many worms swim in it, now it is empty and full of mice, the condo is full of bats in the hallways, when I go to visit my grandmother, it scares me because the great darkness in that place, and since there is no parking for cars, I always travel on a bicycle, there are no lights, the cameras do not work, the elevator does not work and the apartments are full of cockroaches

Excellent very comfortable condo located in the heart of Miami

Parking is Horrible not enough Visitors parking Quiet place but very dated common areas. Its like stepping back in Time 1970s Could use some updating.

The visitor parking does not exist, it does not look very clean.

Good place to live
