Excellent condominium, the green areas are kept clean and well maintained, good maintenance of air conditioning, etc., from the manager, maintenance guys, security, everyone is very friendly and concerned. I love living here since 2017

It is the best community in all of Homestead and Miami, I have been here for almost 6 years and the office staff is excellent.

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! The worst place to live . It’s ran like a concentration camp! Want to over change on rent when the inside hasn’t been updated since it was built! All they care about is making the outside look good while the inside looks like you’ve been there since the early 2000s . The water pressure is so low u can’t even brush your teeth or wash your hands in your sink. Under the kitchen sink is always leaking and the fridge makes a lot of noise! They have “Security” yet someone was able to get to my car and flat all 4 of my tires while security was there . If you can stand it . Move somewhere else .. this isn’t somewhere to call “home” I was beyond excited when I moved from over there

5 years living in magnolia landing, it is the best place in all of the homestead to live and an excellent administration, both the office and maintenance staff are always willing to help...

It is terrible to a fatal degree and the problem of cars parked at the exit line that is not parking, nothing is missing so that there is a tragic accident at the exit of 260 and 143 Ct. especially in the morning time when there are many children and cars it has. You go out contrary to traffic and the police do not take action. So far the county's response is not to ticket improperly parked cars. Until there is a disaster on that corner with the groups of children waiting for the early buses. And is it real that the response of the county police is not to issue tickets for the wrong thing?????
