Our Downtown Miami apartments are situated in the upscale Brickell neighborhood, so our residents can explore local restaurants, boutiques, and chic rooftop bars on foot. Maizon is the best building I’ve lived i ...
Maizon is the best building I’ve lived in! It’s incredible clean, the pool is spectacular, and it’s quiet despite its location in the heart of Brickell. Another bonus is how quickly I can get to 95 for my commute, which was difficult in other areas of Brickell. Highly recommended!

Great building. Maintenance staff is always efficient and timely when it comes to any service request. From my experience they get everything done that same day. 10/10

Management uses lobby as their own offic ...
Management uses lobby as their own office and makes it extremely unwelcoming for tenants. Manage Maissel is unpleasant and makes up rules to suit her needs. Apparently her daughter is afraid of dogs and frequently in her office so she made the building unfriendly to dogs, going back on rules that were agreed upon moving in.

I’m here for corporate housing so I don’t know about their rent or its money’s worth. However I find the building surprisingly clean especially considered how many dogs live in the building. The cleaning team is very diligent. Also the pool is beautiful and the whole lounge area on floor 8 is massive and luxurious. I only find their 1 bedroom apartments too small. Otherwise a great place to stay considering its great location and amenities.

Maizon has been a great experience so far. Maintenance is super responsive and the entire staff is always great and friendly. Also helps that we have one of the best pool decks in the city.
