Maizon Brickell

We lived in this condominium for over four years. After three years, we decided to move to a larger and more valuable unit. As expected, we paid a transfer fee along with an increased security deposit, which was understandable. However, when we decided to leave the unit one month before our 13-month lease ended—something we had discussed multiple times with the manager, informing her of our plans to relocate to another city—we encountered an unexpected issue. We left the unit in perfect condition, even hiring the same professional cleaning service to ensure it was spotless. Despite this, we were shocked to find out that we are now in collections for over $7,000, which we find completely unreasonable. After more than four years of always paying on time and even enduring two separate incidents of theft in the parking lot, we still fulfilled our lease obligations. This situation is beyond frustrating and unfair.

Really enjoyed living here over the past year. The building is incredibly well run and maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. Mariely made everything a breeze, and took care of any question/need promptly. The maintenance team is extremely hard working and on top of and requests.

My experience at Maizon was exceptional! My mother and I traveled from Washington, DC to Miami to visit Maizon after reading excellent reviews online about the building. We were received a very warm welcome and the tour began. The leasing agent started with showing us the amazing amenities. I don’t know where to start! All of the amenities are beautiful. The pool looked like a pool you would see at a hotel. The gym was incredibly clean and had all the equipment you would need to have a sufficient workout. The club room was phenomenal. It was extremely spacious and the views are top notch. The actual apartments are just as incredible as the amenities. The apartments have high ceilings, great closets and bathrooms. I can’t say enough how amazing this building is. If you’re considering moving to the Miami area Maizon is the place to live!!!

booked a tour. Got a confirmation text. Showed up. No one was there. And told me even though they sent me a confirmation confirming my booking was successful my booking was actually unsuccessful. Seems like someone who doesn't know how to use a computer is managing there tech system.

“If you’re considering this building and value a peaceful environment, think twice. The ongoing construction across the street brings overwhelming noise that starts daily at 7 AM and is expected to continue for the next several years. Whenever I visit my boyfriend here, it’s impossible to find any rest—the noise is constant and disrupts any sense of calm. Management has been unwilling to make any accommodations for residents, who are stuck either enduring the relentless sound or facing steep fees to break their lease. With no flexibility or support from management, this building has become an exhausting place to stay, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet living space.”

Beautiful place to live!!!!

I had the privilege of visiting Maizon Brickell last Saturday, along with two other properties, as part of my search for an apartment in anticipation of a potential relocation from my current city to Miami. The service provided by Leasing Consultant Arcadio was exceptional and stood out significantly compared to the other properties I toured. His tour was dynamic and persuasive, leaving me thoroughly convinced of the advantages of renting at Maizon. He addressed all my inquiries regarding leasing with professionalism and clarity. Without hesitation, if my relocation to Miami materializes, I will undoubtedly choose to rent at Maizon Brickell.
