Malibu Bay

They made a big deal about kids going to school through the side. I guess they forgot how hot is it like to walk all the way to the gate and back so they built a fence. Kids were just trying to use a shortcut cuz it is so hot outside. The gym and pool close at 6 pm. What a joke. Most people who want to use it after work can't use the amenities they are paying for. This isn't a retiree condominium. Other places open it 24 hours or at least til 10 pm at night. They think they are so fancy with receptionist. I lived in other complexes where you just needed they key. That saved costs.
They stopped having security yet the cost hasn't declined.
If they care so much about time why haven't they set rules or fined noisy neighbors who listen to music loudly past 11 pm?
It is quiet and assigned parking is great. I will give them that.
Also, your cars aren't exactly safe. I have contacted management about a kid who kicks his ball and sometimes it lands on cars and they did nothing about it. Terrible management response. Not to say that if your car gate clicker stops working, you gotta pay for it, then why do we pay the HOA?

If I could give zero stars I would. No security, gate doesn’t work most of the time. Rude and unhelpful office staff.

Nice place to visit

I bought a house there on May, and I went to the clubhouse to request the entrance code to the condominium, unfortunately the lady in charge there was really rude with me, I never come back until today when my daughters came to visit me, and I left them the club house key to use the pool but they couldn't because the same rude lady told them that they could not use it unless they showed a license with the address there. It can be the rules but it is not the way to say it and to attend to those who pay their salary.
My daughters, who are military personnel and also educated people, left  the place so as not to enter into a discussion with this person.

Home for 21 years.  Still a good place to be

You live in this condo you pay every month. And you want to go with your son and nephews who are on vacation, all under 9 years old, and you can't enjoy the facilities for a while. HOW UNFAIR to live here and have your children locked up at home.

Good place
