Wonderfull...! Everything you need...
Location, swiming pool, gym, meeting room, laundry, etc.

Walkability: Ubicación q nos permitió caminar y estar cerca de todo.

Reception 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Nice when you have big suitcases! Presence of several cockroaches and rats!!! Dirty place and building more than deteriorated. We paid with them and ended up sleeping in another hotel because it was so stressful!
Run away!!!

Bad management.

Spent a couple of days with my teenage daughter while visiting colleges in Miami. Had a wonderful experience. Perfect location . Easy Uber access. Beach 2 blocks away over a small bridge. Walking distance, free trolley or transit to shops & restaurants. Mantell Plaza was clean , safe & quiet ! Our studio apt equipped with everything we needed & more . Our new “ go to “ when we stay in Miami !!!!

Perfect place for what we needed and were able to get a last minute reservation through Airbnb. We loved the location, and it’s just a quick four minute walk to the beach. The courtyard and pool are peaceful, and the workout space was easily accessible.
