It's a building that's 7 years more is gonna be trashed  because of the new management and prior of that Be advised that we have a new treasury guy that, without consulting the rest of the board, he decided to change the policy. If you are late 1 month with your rent you will be in collection, he will not accept an excuse of any kind. That guy was working on this building as part of maintence and he got fired by Rita Adams. His name is Greg, and now he remains as treasury on the board. He's a man that has no heart. When he was working here he bought 5 apartments and he knows the problems these buildings have. There are alot of issues with plumbing and parking, but that man, Mr Greg the treasury, decided to put everybody in collection if you are 1 month behind. I don't know what kind of family he comes from, but the new policy he made is completely ridiculous. I have to thank Bill and Marta for everything they have been doing in this condominium for all of us residents. Please, residents of Margate Village, the only man who will put your apartment in collection is Greg the treasury.

Nice place to live.

Terrible place to live. Margate Village Condo Association fails to properly maintain the buildings. HOA fees are always increasing, but no repairs are done to the the deteriorating buildings. Huge chunks of cement are falling from the ceilings, walkways are cracked constituting a tripping hazard, and buildings have not been painted in years. Stay far away from here. Not suitable for seniors or families with children.
