Very well maintained from what I hear.

We just purchased a unit here  last week and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience so far. Everyone from management, to the front desk, and even residents are warm and friendly.
We came from Paraiso Bay, and if you’ve lived in any of the Paraiso buildings (except One P.) you would know it is an absolutely terrible residential experience, so I am more than elated to live in a building that clearly has the best interests of the resident in mind.
Shoutout to Angel and Donald for making the move-in process as seamless as possible for us. There were a couple hiccups as goes for any move-in day, but they worked through it with us to the best of their ability and have  been overall incredibly easy to work with.

Beautiful apartments, except that I was locked in the elevator for almost 10 minutes because the door didn't want to open

Been a resident since 2009. Was renting a unit for over 10 years at MB and finally decided to buy a property. Was looking at other high rises, none came close to MB, specially the view and most important the monthly association fees, which are still affordable and low compared to other surrounding buildings. The staff is friendly, helpful and the building is well maintained. Happy I ended up buying a condo at MB. Wanted to thank the management team for all they do, not easy keeping up with a building this size, and all the nuances but they get it done and as a result, property values have sky rocketed. Happy to be an owner at Marina Blue!
