Wow! On this cold early Wednesday morning, we were served a delicious Chik fil a breakfast, fruits, and drink! Kuddos to the awesome staff that stood and served their community with a great attitude and a smile! It’s truly appreciated ❤️

Great Moving Experience!  Staff have  been really helpful, professional, and friendly. AAA+++  I would highly recommend this place. Marie , The Associate Community Director,   She  is awesome  and very professional,  She is always there to assist any concerns and questionsI highly recommend Marie for all her assistance during application and moving process. The countdown to leaving this place in 6 months begins. In the 3 years we have been here we have not gotten one day of peace. We have complained so many times about our upstairs neighbors with their really extreme levels of noise (a Truck moving through apt). To no avail has these people ever stopped for just one day and as a result I have headaches everyday and developed anxiety from crashing over my head while sleeping and out of nowhere. The amount we have paid for our 2×2 with spa bath, never missing a payment or ever being late does not help either. We tried to go speak with the tenants on 2 occasions, one they acted like they couldn't understand and the other they didn't open door after making obscene levels of noise just moments before. On another occasion it was so much vibration that when I opened my cabinet a glass fell out on my face and broke. My building always has animal urine and crap in the hallways and smells horrible. The security gate is always broken so the building is not really secure so I don't feel comfortable walking around parking lot at night after work to get some exercise. The pool is always dirty when I go over and tenants smoking Marijuana on the balcony in the pool area so you will smell it and get high which is ridiculous. If anyone wants to come sit in my apartment and hear the ridiculous noise I'm in #3202 or ask them to bring you to building #2  when you come view the apartment. You won't want to live here believe me. I cannot wait to leave this terrible place!!!!

The management office and maintenance crew are incredible. Extremely responsive no matter what the request or situation. Melinda, Maria and Monica are always pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to help. Jose and Amos are magicians and can fix anything.  Great place to call home!

Since I first toured this community Marie has provided excellent customer service. Marie is very professional and ensures that any concerns are resolved immediately. Anytime I need something from the office I ask for Marie because I know that it will be taken care of. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. I am at peace in a quiet and safe community.
