Leading office is supposed to be open until 6pm. I show up at 540pm and everything is locked and lights off. ????????

After moving from out-of-state and checking out several apartment complex in the area, I came across MAYLA complex.When I toured MAYLA, I was greeted by Carolina, she made a HUGE impression, her warmth ways, courtesy, kindness and professionalism helped with my final decision. And, so it was the rest of the EXCEPTIONAL management and maintenance staff. They all deserve OUTSTANDING reviews! The place is beautiful, clean and SAFE. The Complex is centrally located and close to the BEACH! THANKS Mayla Pompano,  the perfect peaceful, comfortable environment to live!

Scheduled a tour for 3 pm today - showed up the appointment 10 min early & stayed 10 min after 3 pm to get my tour. After consistently calling the leasing office trying to get a hold of no one & no one answered, I left. If they can’t answer the phone now, I have no confidence they would take care of me as a resident. Very disappointed as I was eager to lease today but will not because of this sour experience.

The most wonderful attentive moving in experience in 20 years of apartment living. Carolina was so unbelievably helpful, courteous and kind, and will surely make your next home your best home!

I moved to Mayla a month ago, accompanied by my cat and my wife. Happy to make the change from my old property after 3 years, Mayla is clean, safe, modern and with Carolina who helped me make the rental arrangements for my unit faster, I feel quite happy to complete my move 🫵🏾🫵 🏾

We absolutely love living at Mayla apartment complex  the staff is amazing and maintenance keeps up with the place. They throw amazing events for everyone to meet and socialize. You can truly see the effort they put into this place. They really show their tenants that they appreciate their business . In the last 4 years we have lived in condos and apartments .  This place by far exceeds our expectations.

We just finished our 1 year lease at Mayla Pompano Beach. Once the community was fully up & running it became a great experience. Mayla is a beautiful place to live & the staff are friendly and responsive. There are lots of community gatherings and always treats available for residents. You’ll enjoy a short walk to the beach and the busy poolside area. The community is active and fun! We would have stayed longer but needed to get closer to work.
