This is extraordinary customer service! Myron went above and beyond what is normally expected, really superior service. His manager, Ralph, was also extremely helpful and a cut above. It's customer service like this that must make the Mei Condominiums a fantastic place to live. To be specific, I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to my mother, who lives two buildings away from the MEi Condos. The flowers were mistakenly delivered to MEi Condos instead of the correct address. After speaking with Myron on the phone, he graciously understood the predicament I was in and walked the flowers over to my mother's building for delivery. Really? Unbelievable customer service and got me out of a difficult situation. When I finally do make the move to Miami Beach, I will seriously consider the MEi condos just because of this level of service.

Horrible experince. Porters are good. Management (Hedi and RALPH) are terrible. They can literally ruin your life in a passive aggressive way. I heard they treat owners better than renter, NEVER be renter in this building.
They try and "play tough" with you if you have a problem. For example i woke up with power drilling in many directions and they would barely discuss it with me. I woke up 8 AM from someone they hired to POWER BLOW LEAVES on my balcony, 3 feet from my window (there are no leaves), they said its their policy to have a leaf  blow blow leaves at 8 am while Im on vacation and would not stop it.
FYI, MANY of these reviews are definitely FAKE, its NOT a 4.4 stars lol

Can’t imagine these reviews are real. The management is actually horrible.
Left my rental from owner a months..
I can give so many examples, but I’ll just give a couple,. I have a balcony, with no leaves on it. They had this Gardener coming in with a power blower early in the morning, waking me up so often, and said it’s policy that they continue. They weee so unreasonable.
There was power drilling all around me, and the building was very unhelpful with discussing these issues with me. I understand that they can’t fully some control it, but the way that they wouldn’t meet with me about it or talk to me (or neighbors) about it is disgusting as the noise was so loud for tons of hours a week, knowing that the management is more against you than with you is so unsettling . It feel like their employees have no boss the way they give tenants who have issues am FU attitude.
There are much better buildings than this if you’re gonna pay for their price point.
Also, the units are not that nice, ceilings are low, and generally the air-conditioning is so loud because of the way they are in unit condensers. So that something you’d want to look into.
The beach is nice, but empty.
Very strict with guests.
The President of bored sees herself as queen, she’s not bad other than she gives too much power to her retarded managers, and doesn’t see how lazy and dumb they are. I’d replace her if I were one the bored for that reason.
One good thing is the porters/staff are good (not managers)
