Very demanding administration staff with contractors

WHAT A CONFORTABLE,BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN BUILDING TO LEAVE 🤩

Can’t imagine these reviews are real. The management is actually horrible.
Left my rental from owner a months..
I can give so many examples, but I’ll just give a couple,. I have a balcony, with no leaves on it. They had this Gardener coming in with a power blower early in the morning, waking me up so often, and said it’s policy that they continue. They weee so unreasonable.
There was power drilling all around me, and the building was very unhelpful with discussing these issues with me. I understand that they can’t fully some control it, but the way that they wouldn’t meet with me about it or talk to me (or neighbors) about it is disgusting as the noise was so loud for tons of hours a week, knowing that the management is more against you than with you is so unsettling . It feel like their employees have no boss the way they give tenants who have issues am FU attitude.
There are much better buildings than this if you’re gonna pay for their price point.
Also, the units are not that nice, ceilings are low, and generally the air-conditioning is so loud because of the way they are in unit condensers. So that something you’d want to look into.
The beach is nice, but empty.
Very strict with guests.
The President of bored sees herself as queen, she’s not bad other than she gives too much power to her retarded managers, and doesn’t see how lazy and dumb they are. I’d replace her if I were one the bored for that reason.
One good thing is the porters/staff are good (not managers)

The beauty of the place is impressive!!! But something unusual happened to me, which I would not want to repeat, I was subjected to rudeness, obscene words and lack of respect, on the part of the person who handled the file, his behavior is far from being that of a professional, which is the first impression of any institution where education, kindness and good treatment must be overflowing, when I asked him his name to make a complaint he told me that I was no one to give it to him, whoever may be interested so that these incidents do not continue to happen was on May 18 2023 between 1:00 and 1:30 PM

On May 18 at exactly 1:30 p.m., the condominium manager on duty was very rude and had racist expressions towards my husband. It went from being a bad treatment to a severe offense. People with this temperament and conceptions should not deal with people. The increasing loss of values ​​should not be accepted as something normal. And racism due to a question of UNACCEPTABLE Origin.

The building is absolutely gorgeous with a welcoming staff. Extremely well run and managed to institutional quality
