Nice, but overpriced.  Looks like they are worth $300K to me. But I surely buy anything from the lovely lady sales representative who was Knowledgeable, kind, patient and very energetic. Ms. Laurie. Hopefully they can offer some properties in the Fort Lauderdale area soon.

Great new townhomes with spacious floorplans and excellent amenities. The gated community, pool, and fitness center are fantastic. Easy to schedule an appointment—highly recommend checking it out!
