Everything about this building is awesom ...
Everything about this building is awesome. Cleanliness, Customer service & amenities are the best part. Anytime I have had an issue the front desk and property manager were quick to resolve any discrepancies. Cant wait to re-sign my lease here. The location is also perfect with beautiful balcony views

In a high transit zone, the building have good maintenance but the parking for visitors is small, so if the parking is full you gonna have to go around the place looking for a parking spot outside. The apartment that. I visit was a kind of studio, so I don't like it.

Pool has been "under construction" for a year and a half. Guest parking is terrible.
