I want to express my complete disagreement with the comments about Erika Portuondo, knowing Erika for many years I categorically affirm that all those negative comments are false and not even close to any reality. Very sad to see hateful people writing these type of defamatory comments.

I give 5stars in support of Erika Portuondo. She has worked for me and my family for over 20 years and is 100% honest and reliable. She is very trustworthy and always there when I need her. She has never stolen from me and I don’t believe she would steal from anyone else either.She is very helpful and considerate and doesn’t deserve these negative comments. Plus the Mimosa staff is VERY careful of who works in the building and takes tenants’ concerns seriously. If problems had been reported, I would have heard about it.

Hello, regarding the comments related to Erika Portuondo, they are COMPLETELY FALSE. Nothing like that ever happened in MIMOSA. We know the name of the person who is trying to defame her out of hatred and we have already made the corresponding complaints. Unfortunately, they use social networks to lie, defame and CREATE FALSE PROFILES to avoid showing their face. Friends do not believe everything you read on social networks because there is a lot of fraud.  I CLARIFY THE ALLEGED COMPLAINTS WERE NOT REPORTED AT THE TIME AND SECONDLY THE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT REAL TO BE ABLE TO VERIFY.

I have been coming here since the 1980's. It's is always improving it appearances over the years. Family members live here.

Building is under construction ,lots of noise, and lots of unruly kids running around without  parents' supervision .
