Miramar Lakes Apartments

The place is clean and the people are nice.

By far the worst experience moving in. I would not recommend working with Iandra, she is incredibly unorganized. There was inconvenience after inconvenience durning our move in process. From her giving us the wrong information multiple times which led to us to paying additional fees  we shouldn't have had to. To her totally screwing up our move in date, it has just been completely frustrating. Also, their site advertises stainless steel appliances in all apartments,  this is false. Only certain apartments offer this. Then not even a week after moving in, I noticed that our apartment is now on the market for $500 less than what our lease agreement is. NOT EVEN A WEEK. What a slap in the face. And management is very nonchalant about it. Can you at least make me think that you care? Can you do something to make up for all inconveniences like.... giving me the stainless steel appliances I was looking forward to! Nope, nothing, they offer nothing, they do nothing. Customer service is def not a benefit when moving into these apartments. I do love my new home but I am not at all fond of the people I have to deal with for the next year.

Thank you Esmeiris for always answering the phone and to the maintenance staff for always taking care of me. I will miss you guys!!

They broke the front passenger window of me and my daughter's car. We need the automatic gate to be fixed for more security, thank you

My experience at Miramar Lakes Apartment has been great. It's been One year a some months since I have been living at Miramar Lakes Apartment. The entire office staff is supper nice especially Indra she's one of the rental specialists, Indra is awesome very patient and helpful any issues she's always willing to look into it and make sure it get solved. Also Esmeiris is very polite, helpful and on top of issues when brought to her attention, she makes sure to follow up with me and find out if everything is ok. Overall Miramar Lakes apartment is great.. let me not to forget the mantainace team they too are great. I would definitely recommend Miramar Lakes Apartment.
