Good afternoon.  Throughout today, November 11, 2024, the elevator in apartment 6045 is not working . It is important to resolve since any person with a disability cannot go up and down stairs. In my condition, I cannot... I have not been able to communicate with the condominium office to inform them of the importance of resolving the elevator situation to avoid health problems and resolve the situation.

Very bad, great business with those who put boots to the terrible and corrupt administration

I have been here for 3 years and I have had the worst experience in this place, they have a tremendous business with parking, I have two rooms and I only have one parking space, and then you have to use the visitor parking spaces if you have another car and they restrict you from staying less than 24 hours to put your boots on where they have their profit, from 4 parks for vans and work trucks they increased them to more than 10 because they charge 50 dollars for each one, well this is just for the top because I wouldn't finish telling them all the evil work of the administration, foul-mouthed people who do not have any type of empathy with the families here, thousands of restrictions and it is only to annoy, I do not recommend it to anyone

Horrible Place to live In.   I don’t recommend.  Parking is a NIGHTMARE.  Not a friendly place.  From tenants, owners and Office staff.   Office just wants to charge you for every mishaps.  Miserable experience.  Good Luck - I don’t want to look back.

Good bad experience regarding parking and vehicle immobilization company even during the day almost by chance zero support for the client who lives rented there I do not recommend anyone to live there with more than one car in a room thank you
