Monterey Pointe Apartments

Excellent place to live, it is very quiet, it has a large pool and gym, it has beautiful green areas and a playground

Do not rent at this complex. They never let you see the apartment you’ll be renting. A showroom model is what is shown to you deceiving you. After you sign your lease agreement that is when you are able to see your apartment. At that time it is too late. You get an apartment with old appliances, old cabinets and roaches. Office personnel know about the roach problem because they all live at the complex and even tell you how to treat the roach infestation. They raise the rent whenever they want and never tell you before signing the lease agreement. I have noticed that the office staff has a lot of favoritism with a certain nationality. Since they’re all from Puerto Rico or have Puerto Rican decent they tend to help their kind. This also includes maintenance personnel which the majority are from P.R. Cleanliness of the outside of the apartments is a joke. The office and apartments close to the office are well kept. All for show. Just to persuade new clients and/or when there is an inspection of some sort.

Security is minimal in the area..friendly staff. Clean area I have been living here over 2 years and i have great  decades that lived here for decades. If I can give more than 5 I would
