Morea Apartments

I was very happy with my move-in experience at Morea apartments. Grace was always warm and accommodating and went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs and make my move in seamless. The apartment complex is awesome, the grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained. The gym is never crowded and open until 11:00pm and the pool area and recreation room are lovely.
There are EV charging stations which offer free charging on every level of the 6 story covered parking garage. This was a welcomed plus for me being a new EV owner as most other apartments did not offer this.
Close proximity to the Pompano Community Park, Amphitheater, shops and restaurants and the beach offers a myriad of things to do in the area. I would highly recommend Morea to anyone looking for a new, modern and updated apartment within a more relaxed environment.

Love it here! I've been here just over a month and its been nothing but great. I was in a rush to move in and Caroline helped me move into my apartment the same week I toured. The building itself is very well maintained and everyone I met is sweet. Very dog friendly, my pup has made lots of friends.

For a new apartment complex at this price point, Morea has some pretty upscale amenities. There's a yoga studio, gym, coworking lounge, BBQ stations and other things we use pretty regularly. It's also VERY dog-friendly!

Grace is the best !! She is so professional, attentive and very kind. Her time, her help, her patient with us in all the process definitely was the most important part!! Thank her now, we can live in this beautiful apartment closer to everything!! The spaces are huge and incredibly beautiful! Hope living forever here! :)

I moved in Dec 2023 and have had a great experience so far. I was a little intimidated by the reviews, but coming from a city with occasional noise(cars, busy street or trash men in the morning) I still feel this is a great place to live. I m very happy living here:)

We have been living in Morea Apartments for the second year now, and we absolutely love it. After considering numerous options, we chose Morea for its perfect balance of price and quality. The location is excellent, with a park, shops, cafes, and the beach within walking distance. Most importantly, the staff is responsive and makes living in Morea feel like home. There are regular tenant parties for every occasion, and any apartment issues are addressed on the same day.

My husband and I have lived at Morea for over 2 years and are so happy here! We are so appreciative of the entire team at Morea. They have been super accommodating and helpful throughout our time here, from the office to the maintenance teams. We love our apartment, the building amenities, and the location. Morea is located next to a wonderful family park with tennis and pickleball courts, a block away from the dog park (perfect for our little guy) AND 5 minutes from the beach. If you're looking to move to South Florida, we highly recommend checking out Morea Apartments!

I have lived at Morea for several years, having changed apartments as my needs have required, and renewing for a 3rd.  The management (Kevin and Bonnie) and leasing staff (Grace and Caroline) are terrific.  Management has timely addressed any work orders submitted. The units are modern and well appointed.  Morea's amenity base is very good.  I really like the location, adjacent to the park and the Pompano Beach Amphitheater, and Morea has desirable walkability and proximity to nearby retail amenities.  I highly recommend Morea.

Wonderful place. I find myself super lucky for finding this apartment building. Few things I can write about from my tiny phone as followed: 1. Brand new and modern apartment
2. Right next to an amazing park
3. Great amenities
4. Super close to the beach and shopping
5. Last but not least - great stuff including manager Bonnie and Grace and Genc (maintenance guy)

Rented an apartment right across from the Post Office for a year, it’s very loud and you get people camping out during the day and night. Management says they can do nothing about it since it’s technically not their property. When they’re done camping out in the evening they’ll use their friends access to overtake the social rooms where they have no respect for others. Most of the residents were nice but it’s always the one bad bunch. Floors/ceiling is also super thin and you hear a lot. Not worth the 2k plus a month, CC fee for rent was also outrageous. Gym is also super crowded
