MY BOYFRIEND ATTEMPTED TO MOVE HERE! MOVE IN WAS SET FOR TODAY AFTER PAYING ALMOST 8 THOUSAND TO MOVE IN. NOT TO MENTION HE MOVED HERE WAY FROM CALIFORNIA THEY REFUNDED PAYMENT AFTER NOTIFYING HIM YESTERDAY OF APPROVAL RUSHED HIM TO PAY OR THEY WILL CANCEL IT BY TODAY MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST AND RUDEST WE EVER SEEN IN OUR LIFE. WILL BE REACHING OUT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE WHO MANAGE THIS PLACE POORLY WITH POOR ATTITUDES AS WELL! THANK GOD HE DID NOT MOVE HERE! 8K IS INSANE ANYWAYS! NOW HE MUST WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND TO HIS BANK! I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE KAYLA PAM AND STEPHANIE NEVER MANAGES ANOTHER COMPLEX AFTER THIS!

Stephanie had a great personality when explaining and showing me around. A+ customer service! Trish is also awesome and the place is pure luxury, it's amazing!

This place doesn’t communicate with their residents. The Property Manager acted as though she is genuinely concerned, but isn’t. Within 24 hours of my move-in, I asked to vacate my lease as I believe Florida has a cooling period of 48-72 hours if they wanted to get out of lease with penalty. The staff keeps pushing back and saying it’s their corporate office which is located in California. This team lacks customer service and seems to be very forgetful when asked something. The move in experience was absolutely terrible! To pay all this money just for the Leasing team at Motif to sweep things under the rug is extremely disappointing. The hallways smell like feces and piss and the dust from the smoke detectors go off when the furnace hasn't been used in over a year. I am truly disappointed in the Motif leasing team and their management team in California for failing to acknowledge my request to vacate my lease less than 24 hours of our move-in. I am truly disappointed. For all this money. I expected a more prompt response to vacate and move out. They need to do better. You need to give the property manager more power to handle situations like this when they arise, but it makes me think they undermine their team at the MOTIF or they are in the business of ignoring their tenant's request and want the tenants to stay just to make their sales quota for the month

Office did a great job at directing me through servicing their property today. Their customer service was so professional and cared very much for their residents. Just wanted to leave this review and highlight the office. Very much appreciated.

All I have to say is WOW! I was given a tour which felt more like a magical experience by the Goddess Kayla. Just by her energy you can tell she enjoys what she does ,and I see why, she was amazing! Went over , what seemed to me , every detail about the absolutely stunning Motif! The building is a masterpiece and it doesn’t hurt that they have my favorite deli Mitch’s there as well! but if she had given me a tour in the projects..that’s where I’d be living right now. The staff there are all just a pleasure to be around and not bad on the eyes…Stephine !Jesse ! and especially the Beautiful Trish! What a professional! Could’ve sworn she owned the building!

we just moved in!! everyone was so nice since we did the tour!! Stephanie, Kayla and Trish are super responsive and supportive they always have a smile!!! we are so happy to be part of this community.

Maintenance issue was resolved quickly and efficiently

Motif Maintenance team has been amazing throughout these 3yrs Ive lived here. Diego goes way and beyond to get the work done.
