0 stars.  Very disrespectful security staff to guests.  Think twice before leasing or buying here as staff will badger you and your guests which is crazy considering the high costs of the units here.  I was there waiting on a customer and security told me it was private property and I needed to leave right at that moment.  I don’t know who you think you are talking to first off but I can tell you there were no other cars waiting so what made you decide to come over and bother me?  Just being bored and unnecessary.  I told your security staff I was going to share my experience since they have such a smart mouth.  Not exactly what I’d expect from a Portofino property but it’s exactly what happened.

The Murano at Portofino is my personal favorite luxury condo building in all of South Beach. The staff is amazing and always seems to be available when you need them. I couldn't imagine a better place to call home. Feeling blessed.

Nestled in the heart of South Beach, Murano at Portofino is a true gem for those seeking luxury and tranquility. My recent visit there was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked into the grand lobby, I was struck by the elegance and sophistication of the building. The design is modern yet warm, with high-end finishes and tasteful decor that immediately made me feel at home.
The unit I was impeccably maintained and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the Miami skyline. Waking up to the sight of the sunrise over the Atlantic was an unforgettable experience. The spacious living area, coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows, provided a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The amenities at Murano at Portofino are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with the latest machines and offers stunning views, making workouts much more enjoyable. The pool area is an oasis of relaxation, with plenty of loungers and cabanas to unwind. I also appreciated the private beach club, which added an extra layer of exclusivity and comfort to my stay.
One of the standout features is the attentive and friendly staff. From the concierge to the valet team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my visit was perfect.
The location is another major plus. Situated in the South of Fifth neighborhood, it's within walking distance to some of Miami Beach's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Despite being in the midst of everything, the building itself remains a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
