PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Major roach infestation! It’s so many things wrong with this place it’s crazy this management needs to knock these buildings down!!! I called the office since Wednesday august 9th, 2023. It is now Tuesday August 15th and they still have not showed to fix things that we’re supposed to be fixed months ago!!!!!! My sink has been broken for over a month, it had a major leak and ruined all of my hair dryers and hair products. I was upset that time and understanding until it happened again after I just bought my blow dryer and products over AGAIN and they got ruined because the maintenance man did not replace the pipe like he was supposed to! My bathroom fan has been broken for 3 months making loud sounds all the maintenance manager did was break the fan and unplug the fan to stop the sound my ceiling is still broken and the fan is hanging over where I use the toilet. My a/c has been leaking since I moved here in October and has never been fixed. There is a major roach and termite infestation and I’m not the only one complaining about this infestation as I have family members who stay in the townhomes!!!! Both of them have had major issues as well, my cousin literally had a mushroom shaped sack on her wall filled with MOLD! And one of their living room is filled with water every-time it rains because they refuse to fix her window. They quickly and cheaply remodeled the apartments to make you think it’s nice but it’s really poorly put together! I am so fed up with this place it’s ridiculous! My cousin is also complaining of termite infection in her place we both have babies. I’m on my last straw when I went to check on my daughter and it was a roach crawling on her face. They send pest control but you have to make sure your there when he comes they do not give a specific time or date so you can know to be home and even when he does come to spray whatever chemicals makes the roaches multiply!!!!! It’s disgusting here please do not move here!!!!!! It floods everywhere when it rains!!! They want the rent on time and do no care about any of the things going on in this run down apartment. I’m telling you now STAY AWAY!!!!
