Management is terrible they’ll Hit you with “violations” and never tell you about them gate never works cars get broken into often and they never have footage of it but have the audacity to use footage to acuse you of their violations

Nice place

This place is a mess, the "president" is never there, there is a lady that stalks to everything you doo all day long, people throw they trash all over the place, the 2 trans containers remain full for weeks and they don't care to do something about it. They never answer the phone, or mails, so the tenants concerns and worries are not important for the "President". Not a good place if you have a family, its a "meh" place for a few months. Some neighbors are really good, just be careful with that Lady.

Too expensive.

Management is terrible.

One of the main employees of the place, Mike, called me over for an estimate on some welding work. He came off as aggressive, haughty, pushy and bordering on confrontational within the first couple minutes of speaking to him, and I immediately dismissed the opportunity and walked away.
I would never want to even speak to that man again if a million dollars were involved in that job.

SLUMLORDS! SEARCH ELSEWHERE! My pregnant and bedridden daughter and her fiancee moved in a week ago and are already experiencing problems with these slumlords! First, the ac went out within two days of moving in. Now, the freezer door to the refrigerator will not close and they are unable to use it. With her being in a very delicate condition she need a "working" refrigerator and NOT to be placed on HOLD for several days plus counting! They were not given a mailbox key to get their mail or a visitor pass. Several attempts and messages were left for ASHLEY (property manager) and MIKE (maintenance) with NO replies. We are currently seeking legal assistance and spoke with one of my attorneys in south FL about these crooked slumlords. If I could I would have given them a 1/2 star! #MIAMIGARDENSSLUMLORDS
