Thank God I didn't visit this place, it's a garbage place, it stinks and there are cockroaches and rats, don't rent here, it's not a clean place.

I move in wanting a safe place for me and my children.  I call the office t ok complaint and they told me to call the police and police done nothing. Talk to attorney today and told me it don't matter if your hurt or someone else get hurt in front me. I can sue for them not making my living arrangements safe and unfit. Apt 38 and 39 sit in the court yard and smoke crack and them say the kids has learned about life. Apt 52and 47 constantly outside with guns in they hands. I want my living arrangements to be comfortable and I want me kids to feel safe. I'm so glad my phone records every mcall I have. I have proof of contacting them and I dont need to make any further contacts

Overpriced and  tons of roaches. Disgusting.
Management doesn't answer the phone calls.

I read reviews before moving in and didn't want to but at the time I had absolutely no choice. Believe EVERYTHING you've read about the roaches. Seen 2 property managers come and go. The manager that was there when I first got there told me they put traps to keep away the rats as they were coming from 7Eleven and that the pest control she brought over was a great company that was able to eliminate the roaches from where she used to manage. The only thing she didn't lie about was the rats. I've never seen a rat in my apartment as others mentioned but the roaches were still out of control even with monthly pest control, asking for your apartment to be extra sprayed and you setting out traps and spraying yourself. By the way, apparently these apartments used to be a hotel so the windows do not open.

Just visited a friend here and immediately I noticed the infestation of roaches he has to endure. This building needs to be burned to the ground.  Obviously, managememt hasn't done anything about this issue for it to have even get as bad as it is.
This has to be breaking some kind of health violation.  There's no way this can be a healthy living condition.

Horrible management and living conditions don't move here, THOUSANDS OF ROACHES NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN! RATS TOO!!and they do not honor the lease agreement once it gets signed.., 6 different horrible managers within the past 2 years, THEY ENTER YOUR HOME WHEN YOU AREN'T THERE AND LEAVE THE DOOR UNLOCKED WHEN THEY LEAVE! rent started at $850 per month now its raised to $1OOO for a 1 bedroom IM SO GLAD TOO BE MOVED OUT OF THE NIGHTMARE.
