Ocean House Apartments

Warning: Management neglects proper inspections, no fire extinguishers, cracked ceilings and walls, AC barely works, mold in humid bathrooms. Shared laundry faces constant issues due to public use; many machines out of service. Avoid moving in; buildings lack care.

They have some homeless guy parked in front of their building for 2 days harassing people ranting and raving and cursing.  Asking for donations with all of his belongings and no one answers the damn phone in their office.  Seriously you would think they would call the cops and have him removed!!!!

If I could give them a zero stars I would do it. I’ve been complaining multiple times with them about roaches and they never came to do anything. I’ve spent so much money trying to get rid off them plus all the appliances I had to throw outside cause they were infested. I even payed Truly Nolen (exterminators) but they couldn’t end the roaches. My apartment got to a point where is INHABITABLE and we had to move. Now they trying to charge me 3800$ because they said I didn’t finish my lease. Why would I throw more money in that place? I’m pretty sure I call the Health Department and they have to close down. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Kerem Management is one of the worst managements I’ve ever seen in my life

Do not rent with these people. Kerem North Beach Apartments LLC is the worst management I have ever experienced in my life. They do not communicate with their tenants, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. They never fix anything it doesn't matter if you submit a maintenance ticket. They just ignore it. Once they rented an apartment to an ex convict, he would literally scream by himself that he killed people and used to be in jail, he harassed other people in the building. He was kicked out after someone in the building recorded him been a lunatic. This is all due to Kerem North Beach apartments poor management. They don't care about their buildings (the one where I lived was falling to pieces). The tenants will have to change the building light bulbs in the hallways because they were never changed by management.
I submitted a hundred maintenance tickets and they never fixed anything. At the end of my contract they kept my deposit claiming they had to fix a lot of damage. Most of the damage in the apartment was water damage due to leakage (old building + no maintenance= disaster).
The mailboxes are falling to pieces. They once fixed our mailbox and decided to change the locks without telling the tenants. When asked about it, they didn't even knew what was going on. No explanation, no excuses, only incompetence.

The truth is that I am very distressed and very sad, I do not recommend this apartment complex at all, it is extremely infected with cockroaches, they said they fumigated and they did not do it and then they told me that they were going to send me another fumigation and here I am still waiting, the people who rent are not clear, I have been waiting for the key to my email for almost 2 weeks and they do not give it to me, they did not show us where the laundry is, the office works from 9am to 5pm and is almost always closed, they leave you waiting outside in the lightning from the sun, and they are always on "break" we asked for a request because the refrigerator was leaking and I'm still waiting for a response, there is always a gas leak when I turn on the oven, they said they were going to give me the house clean and with the bathroom "all renovated ” and it turns out that the house was full of dog hair from the previous tenants, some parts of the floor are raised, there is never parking, they don't even plant a tree, it looks like a desert with the sun what is there, there aren't many possibilities of installing the internet that one likes, the truth is that it is a disaster, now I understand the rental price.

Been living here for 5 months. Amazing, apartment complex! Management is incredibly nice and caring! Neighborhood is very nice and quite, not to mention proximity to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Simply, AMAZING! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
