Ocean House Apartments

Terrible service. DO NOT RENT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE DAY TO DAY. For 8 months my sink has been flooding with grease and waste from other houses. Plumbers come and make the situation worse instead of better. And from the office they tell you that they are going to do things to solve it and they sit still.
My sink has been like this for hours and no one from the service does ANYTHING to help me. A total and complete disaster.

The apartments and complex in general are very deteriorated, the laundry for 200 apartments is not working, there are sewer problems, they do not finish doing maintenance tasks, they park vehicles inside the complex when it is not allowed and the Administration does not respond either! Totally disappointed!!

The walls get wet every time it rains, the old air conditioners make more noise than anything and if you ask to be replaced they do it with older ones full of rust, the laundry works every other day and the machines steal your money which obviously no one returns... now after months of enduring the smell of sewage from a broken pipe the association decides to charge $100 from each tenant to fix the problem, they are crazy... obviously it is not legal.

This place is falling apart it used to be well maintained and any request is done in a timely manner now everything is the opposite I requested to get rid of molds in the bathroom and for more than 3 months of follow up its being ignored yet put COMPLETED ON YOUR REQUEST!!! They come and check but never done anything everything is poorly done and will charge you for anything that broke. They renovated the bathroom and repaint however they never did it the right way they cover up the mess and repaint it POORLY now the old paints are coming off

The laundry is dirty, the washing machines don't all work.  The dryers are the same, the heat is unbearable and sometimes the cash register has swallowed the money and has not put it on the card. There is a tree above the garbage tank that needs to be pruned. The muddy waters have remained for more than 15 days, making it difficult to travel through the area. This condominium is deplorable and the change of workers and the new administration are not interested in its residents. The apartments have mold. They never answer the phone when I call the office and do not pay attention to complaints about air conditioning maintenance and continued heat.  The office always closed. Don't rent here you will lose your money.

Terrible place to live. The grounds are filthy and unkempt— litter everywhere. (See photos right outside my door) The street parking is impossible, especially after work hours. Management is awful, incompetent and extremely rude. Eddy is the only one with any decency. He is a nice man although he did lie to me about the laundry taking cards. (You have to pay $10 for the privilege of paying MORE to do your laundry with a money card, which is cash only and doesn’t accept small bills) Plus there’s always a line and the machines will ruin your clothes. My unit didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks after moving in (even though maintenance came several times for that exact matter.) Plus it was infested with ants! Drains were all backed up and AC’s filters were not changed prior to my move in. I left after one month. Worst decision I’ve ever made was moving here!

Renting in this condominium is the worst thing that could have happened to me in my life. People should look at the comments a little before living in a place. I say this from experience, starting with the office. Terrible service. Very poorly educated in general. Maintenance doesn't even do its job. London. bad, very bad and we arrived at the apartments the cockroaches walk on the walls very bad smell of humidity the walls blister the air is tight the tenants have to pay to have them washed terrible place to live I really don't recommend it at all

Warning: Management neglects proper inspections, no fire extinguishers, cracked ceilings and walls, AC barely works, mold in humid bathrooms. Shared laundry faces constant issues due to public use; many machines out of service. Avoid moving in; buildings lack care.
