This place has the most thoughtful, competent, professional and friendly staff I have ever seen. I have lived here for 8 years and have nothing but good things to say about management. They are always working in keeping the place in great shape and making sure any needed repairs are done almost immediately. Hands down best condo to live in LBS.

If you're pro dog don't live here. Hostile management will take photos and go insane if your dog passes through certain areas. Bizarre and uptight co-op board. Your dog won't have any freedom avoid this complex at all costs

Wonderful staff, great residents of all ages. Nice to see owners and animals enjoying the lifestyle. Well maintained, ocean front pool and beach, valet parking , 24 hr door person , secure building. Gym, sauna, community room.
