Ocean Reef at Seawalk Pointe

We’ve been at Ocean Reef for 1 year. We could not be happier. Our location on the intracoastal is phenomenal. We love the Boats, the College Crew teams and the nearness to shopping and of course…the Beach!! The office staff is always accommodating to our needs and requests are handled quickly.
Islanda has been a God send.. finding us our apartment location and securing a carport when a good one was available. She handles all requests quickly to our complete satisfaction!
Francisco, a member of the maintenance staff has been a fabulous “Go to” guy for us this past year.
In fact, the entire maintenance staff has been terrific.
The proof is in the pudding. Michelle and I just renewed our lease for another year.

The staff is competent and friendly!  The residents are very nice also.  I had a leak in the bathroom and Yoendi came to fix it - it turned out to be serious and more staff, including the boss, immediately came to help.  It was beautifully fixed in one day.  Everything here is very well maintained.

Subject: Request to Bring Back Large Fitness Balls to the Gym Dear Ocean Reef at Seawalk Pointe Apartments
I have been a regular user of our community gym and truly appreciate the variety of equipment available to residents. However, I recently noticed that the large blue fitness balls that were previously in the gym are no longer there.
These balls are an essential part of many workout routines, especially for balance, coordination, and core strengthening exercises. I used them frequently in my workouts, and their absence has significantly impacted my training.
I would like to kindly request that you consider bringing back the fitness balls to the gym. I believe they would be beneficial not only for me but also for other residents looking to diversify their workouts.

Ocean Reef looks like a resort. It has two pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a tennis court, a playground, and the sweetest leasing agent, Cherise!

I took a tour today with cherise. She was amazing, ocean reef is beautiful and the beach is a 5 minute walk.
