Exceptional Management and a Wonderful Community My elderly aunt was one of the first residents to move into the newly constructed Old Town Square Apartments, and from the very beginning, Jessica made the experience seamless. She was warm, inviting, and incredibly helpful during both the initial walkthrough and the move-in process, making my aunt and our family feel truly welcomed.
Though I live out of state and manage my aunt’s affairs from afar, I have always felt confident in the care and attention she has received. Jessica and the maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel safe and comfortable. Their dedication has made Old Town Square not just a place to live, but a true home for my aunt. Her transition to South Florida was effortless, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support Jessica has provided. Highly recommend!

Rosa is the best!!! It’s so much of a pleasure to see her smile as soon as we enter the lobby. She is so nice and even waited 3 hours for us to give us the keys when we first moved-in. And I mean staying 30 minutes after hours!!! Thank you soooooo mucchhhhhhh Rosa!!!
