I came as a visitor, gave the car to Val ...
I came as a visitor, gave the car to Valet guy, came to pay in 50 minutes, the cashier tells me to wait, I waited 10 minutes, then the cashier tells me you can pay but not in 50 minutes but in 1 hour 😁 after receiving the car I see how Valet guy presses the stop button while driving and the car started to crunch when stopping. Then they all laugh together that this is normal and he advises me that my car is in bad condition. This is strange, because I did not come to the car service

Went through a rough patch which is now resolved . Elevators are working , without aggressive breaking of new equipment, pool almost done for 2025 . This place location is incomparable, and the staff is family

One Miami have unfixable issue with the elevators, I had to take the stairs up to 36th floor countless times. I had to keep a suit in my car because you never know when you have to take the stairs which makes your life miserable.
Not a single camera is working, when my car was damaged they couldn’t help.
With few exceptions Management and employees are rude and not helpful. I had many missing packages from the package room to never be recovered.
Closed pool and room size old gym is smallest issue in that building.
