One Miami Condominium - West Tower

Don’t live here, it’s not worth it. 2 starts instead of 1 only because of the location. Elevators don’t work every third day. You cannot even call them and nobody in the building can help you. They tried to replace the elevators system but made it even worse. The gym is outdated, pool is closed. Poor noice cancellation in the apartments. These condos are overrated. It’s not worth living here

Can’t be more angry about a place I loved.  I lived at one Miami for 18 years.  Loved the building initially.  Unfortunately too many awful management companies who didn’t care.   Complaints were not important.  No one even tried to speak English!!!!   Elevators are a disaster.  My move out was very poorly handled and cost me extra  $750 bc of management stupidity and incompetence and ignorance.  sold condo and will continue to be very upset about it. The most recent GM (Luciana?) was just awful and she lied to me more than once!
Security guard Chris is a nasty jerk. He complained once I did not tip him enough.  When I offered him furniture, he did not show up
Receptionist in office referred to me very disrespectfully as “sweetheart”.  This is unacceptable.
Of course no one ever returned my calls about this.   The building became garbage
If I could give negative stars I would. Exceptionally poor.  I have and will continue to tell people NOT to consider this nightmare

Worst building in Miami! nothing works in this building! People get stuck in the elevator for 4h 🙄

My father has been a resident for over 7 years, and unfortunately, the quality of this place has progressively declined.

I am living here for a half of year. The main issue in this building is broken elevators. All 6 months only 1-2 elevators are working of 4.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The elevators are constantly breaking down which makes you either take the stairs or wait ~30 minutes to be able to use it due to the lines of people waiting. The building shuts off the water and electricity to make repairs often. This building reminds me of living back in Venezuela. Such a mistake to have moved here… Only good thing is the the staff is very nice and helpful at all times.
