Opal Towers West

I'd rather not get into all the details in a public forum. My only suggestion is there are a lot of choices out there and this would be my last. The management is horrible and the security and services are extremely lacking. Just to make it clear I suggest you stay away.

I like the building,  and the Apartments here have a great ocean views

I am very disappointed in the management team at Opal Towers West. My grandmother (86) - who’s lived there over 30 years- took a fall outside the property recently. I called the property manager to understand the issue, and he was rude, disregarded the concern, and was grossly unprofessional, insinuating no one in my family check-in on her or is familiar with the building, which is entirely untrue. As a property manager, when this type of event occurs, regardless of the root cause, it should be handled respectfully and professionally. Residents safety and well-being should be always prioritized and taken seriously, which was certainly not in this case in this instance.

Great views

We have been servicing this facility for 22 years+ and it has always been a pleasure. The management company is on point and awesome to work with. They are very prompt to get any issues resolved quickly and makes sure that the facility is back up and running efficiently.

I am an owner if I could give negative star  I would have. This building is been in a mess for the last 3-4 years no floors ceilings Etc.
Under funded and poorly managed and promised so many times on when the completion of the mess be completed and still until this date no ceilings no floors no fire sprinkler system Etc.
There are some many other buildings on this strip that don't have these problems
