Been here in phase II now for six years, ...
Been here in phase II now for six years, and evey year the maintenance has gone up. The property Management company is the worst I have encountered (Campbell).
In my 20 years of experience in property management I have seen things here that I can't believe the owners here keep looking the other way.
Nothing here really makes any sense including the so called HOA.
My advice to all is stay away from this place, do your diligence and check everything about this place if you have no other choice......... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Oriole gardens I can't really say too much about the place is that me and my mom and my auntie went over there to look and see if they can rent but unfortunately they don't rent to just say anybody now you got to have good credit for not you're not getting in there
