Worst place in Florida worst manager if she ask you for a favor is better do it if not she will cancel you contract

The manager doesn’t care about that the people who are living there. Always making the payment of the water bills late which causes  extra charges, I have given them a check like on Aril 2024 until now they didn’t make the payment. They took the check and deposited it to there account and they didn’t make a payment to the water company. The water company keeps sending me the bills. Whom can I complain to , where is the owner, give me my money back and I will pay the bill to water company, I have send them the checks photos the evidence that the deposit to there account, nothing happened.

Bonnie needs to be fired or replaced as soon as possible. She’s rude and has a very nasty attitude. The complex is very dirty and full of roaches. She talk to everybody like they work for her and she need to learn how to be compassionate to people and their life situations. All they do is lie to the tenants about repairs. This complex is the slum and very ghetto. Run as fast as you can away from this place !! Do not rent from them!!!

Don’t waiste your money, the service is awful. The apartment has mold and roches. Bonnie is rude and greedy maintenance is very very unreliable. Ver very overpriced worst decision I’ve ever made

Bonnie is rude and place is unkept. If you call about a maintenance issue Bonnie will give u a notice of non renewal ! Tread carefully!!!

Why are they raising rent astronomically, when neighboring complex dwellers are hopping over fences, the place wreaks of controlled substances, dishwashers and toilets are on the fritz and the apartment just appears generally unkempt? Please tell me. Where is the money going? Bonnie is absolutely something else. And I will not say anything bad about her per se, but her karma is coming.

There are no 0 stars, that's why I put 1, really the worst experience, I fully agree with the people who have written here that the people who work there are not professional at all, I received my apartment dirty, the windows were covered in mold on the outside , they never cleaned them, I had to do it myself, and worst of all the apartment was full of cockroaches, I lived there for 10 months and they never solved the problem, they were going to "fumigate" but it never worked, that problem is in everyone the apartments, the neighbors above and below had the same problem. The manager's attention is very disrespectful, I would say rude. I have to say that at the beginning they were kind and they left me the apartment with no rental history, they asked me for a 2-month deposit, which I understood and appreciated, but the maintenance service is lousy, I lasted more than 2 months without light in a bathroom because they were not going to solve it, they told me that I was not the only person who had problems and I had to wait, the truth is that until I told them that I would fix it and deduct it from the rent, they did not go to solve it. I handed it in before a year due to the cockroach problem, obviously they had to return the deposit because they know the problem that this brings. They returned my deposit, yes, but they deducted "cleaning" let me tell you that, I received the apartment dirty, and I handed it over impeccably, I made a video and took a neighbor as a witness (I wish I would have received it that way) it was ready to be inhabit, except because of the cockroaches, but despite that they discounted "cleaning" In short, I do not recommend it at all. No good experience

Very very unprofessional experience. Took all day to decide if we were eligible for an apartment. I called as a customer to find out more information on the denial. The credit scores and rental history was good and we made well over the amount to qualify for an apartment . so I called to discuss this with the agents and was being over talked rudely and rushed off the phone. At that point I had to calm the agent down and remind her who the customer was and that I had the right to call in and ask questions about this situation . She then calmed down. Very rude and unprofessional. Our credit was not even ran and I wondered why we were denied . She said they couldn’t go forth for “unknown reasons” , and mentioned marriage . In America you do not need to be married to have an apartment , my rental and credit was good and we make financially well over the amount needed to live there . Still don’t know why we’re denied and was handled very rude and unprofessional. I really feel like it is a race thing at this point , but I will leave that to ownership to deal with. There is no possible other explanation.

The place is older, but really well taken care of. The office staff, maintenance staff, security and other residents have all been great since I moved in. When I have a maintenance issue they have responded and resolved it quickly. Julie in the office loves her job and she is very personable and friendly.
